The article on investigating whether the best "deep" fried wings come from an air fryer is intriguing. I appreciate the author's personal experience and their positive feedback on air-fried wings. It's great to hear that the wings turned out excellent and that these devices seem to be perfect for cooking them.
I'm interested in trying out different rubs and experimenting with cooking times and temperatures, just like the author did. It's always fun to explore new cooking methods and flavors. Circa Airfryer
Overall, this article has sparked my curiosity to give air-fried wings a try. Thank you, Remi A. Olsen and The Awesomeness Digest, for sharing this investigation!
Coincidentally I tried air-fried wings for the first time the other week.
I used two random rubs I had — one with a citrus twist — and did just the 20 mins at 200C, and then some extra minutes (I stopped counting) until the temperature probe was happy. I’ll try your second fry at a lower temperature.
The wings were excellent nonetheless. It’s like these devices were made for them.
That's basically the same—200C = 392F. The lower-temperature step should conceivably keep internals more juicy than keeping it at the higher setting. I’m glad you’ve joined the Cult!
